Hm, so, I fell into the category of most blogs and ended up not not writing at all.
*awkward silence*
Gonna make another attempt:
So, life in Japan has crept up as second nature. Feels like I’ve lived here for really long (despite not understanding more than half of the written language) while these last six weeks have past by rather quickly. I suppose the difference of a regular vacation from this trip is that you actually follow a repetitive schedule of doing something daily (though quite leisurely - the course isn’t that challenging yet); a vacation more desperately tries to do as much as possible in a short time which in turn lengthens it without making you used to anything.
The point, anyway, is that, while not boring, living here does not feel at all special. It’s awesome, mind you, but not that special. Might have to do with another hundred million people doing the same thing or somesuch.
Now to the point of the point: I like it here, but do not really know what to post regarding this peculiar collection of islands.

I’m gonna start logging in on Skype now and then. Due to the time difference it may be wise to get up early. If I manage, I’ll be in at around 6-8 pm local time on sundays (like 11 am in Sweden), in case anyone would like to catch up or something :D my Skype address is still the somewhat awkward deeay90, and I frequently read and answer mail on ahlbom.daniel@gmail.com
A~and I got myself a Canon PowerShot S95. Found out it provided lots of tiny benefits apart from S90, plus a great price in the neighborhood, comfortable size and full manual mode to play around it make it a really good camera. So I’ll probably start to upload pictures every now and then.
Funny side-effect: I recall keywords in kanji all the time. Makes it even harder to write.
